Doctor
A young woman went to the doctor and told him, "Doctor, I've got a problem. I'll need to undress to show you."
The doctor nodded for her to continue, so she stood up, unzipped her dress and stepped out of it.
"It's these," she said, pointing to the inside of her thighs, where two bright green circles were clearly visible. The doctor came round for a closer look, then rubbed the circles thoughtfully.
"Tell me," he asked, "Do you have a gypsy lover?"
The woman blushed, and said, "Well, um, yes I do actually."
"There you go then," said the doctor. "You'll have to tell him that his ear-rings aren't actually made of gold"
